Bailprint Labels

brand definition and website build

Bailprint Labels have been around since the late 1990s but have never done any marketing, surviving on reputation alone. In the summer of 2010, Founder and Managing Director, John Hayward decided that it was time to ‘get a website’, so he approached Noble Ox Marketing.

Following a site visit and some good discussions, Noble Ox advised against ‘getting a website’ without spending some time defining and differentiating the Bailprint brand and proposition. The Brand DNA process was a joy. Noble Ox not only created a solid foundation upon which the website could be created, we succeeded in pulling the team together, giving John and his colleagues a shared vision and pride in Bailprint.

Then came the website brief and everything slotted into place as the brand groundwork had been done. The budget was fairly small and the client was keen to retain their existing logo. Noble Ox prioritised, giving Bailprint and their customers an engaging, accessible and intuitive website which could be content-managed by the client.

We are so happy at all levels, Noble Ox offers a great service and showed an excellent understanding of our business and what we wanted to achieve. I was very pleased with response times and levels of communication throughout, and, of course, the end result. It was a relief to be in such good hands… I would not hesitate to recommend Noble Ox Marketing.
