The Scotch Malt Whisky Society (part of Louis Vuitton Moet Hennessy group) - Project managed the re-brand, luxury re-positioning and launch of core product range from creative briefing to delivery to market, including effective management of all creative agencies and key stake-holders.
Great success with critical acclaim across the LVMH group, the project also won the 2009 Glass Packaging Award and attracted an excellent response from the existing market (increase in UK sales of 35% on same period from previous year, overseas markets reported increases of up to 54%) and broke through to new markets by increasing the accessibility and giftability of the product range.

The Scotch Malt Whisky Society (part of Louis Vuitton Moet Hennessy group) - Project managed build and launch of two new websites, including ecommerce and online marketing whilst ensuring value-adding ‘stickiness’ with extensive archive and knowledge resource. Complex project involving extensive management of specialist agencies.
Launch resulted in significant sales increase and online affinity with existing audiences whilst also raising online profile enormously via an effective online marketing approach maximising SEO and traffic building opportunities (20% increase in traffic).
