In addition, in depth research with existing supporters has helped shape the scheme and informed a future approach to help retain and grow this valuable audience.

Situated in the Scottish Borders within striking distance of Edinburgh, Whitmuir the Organic Place is a small farm with huge ambitions. With a new restaurant, farm shop and gallery, farm supporters’ scheme and forward-thinking educational programme Whitmuir is fast becoming a one-stop destination for those aiming to change the way they eat, shop and learn.

Noble Ox was brought on board to help raise profile and drive business – a real challenge given this is a working farm. In other words, making time for focussed marketing planning, strategy and decision-making is not top of the list of priorities when the welfare of animals, crop yields and the day to day running a retail outlet and restaurant must come first.
